The 2012 report includes data from more than 16,000 individuals who registered on mba.com in 2011.
Highlights from the 2012 Report
- 55% of today’s prospective students are only interested in an MBA degree; 28% simultaneously consider MBA and other master’s programs, and 18% only other master’s.
- Reputation of a country’s education system, attractiveness of the location, better preparation for a career, and improved chances at an international career are the top reasons why students seek studies in a particular country.
- 3 in 5 top resources consulted by prospective students are within the school’s direct control—their website, admissions professionals, and brochures/publications.
